• Bachelor in field of Marketing, Business, Management or a similar field/ equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Must understand customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
• Experience as a relationship handling, in customer service, or a similar role
• Customer oriented
• Applicants with experience in Cambodian banking industry is a priority
• Proficient in English, Khmer languages. Chinese is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for customers marketing all loan and deposit products of the Bank according to department development plans and achieving various business indicators issued by the department;
• Responsible before processing loan for customer such as due diligence, risk assessment, write up report, issuance contract signing, and other pre-disbursement loan task;
• Responsible after loan disbarment monitor utilization and follow up on repayment of loan, loan recovery, and cooperate with asset restructuring, collection and disposal, etc.;
• Responsible for attending training, keeping abreast of national industrial policies, the latest regulations promulgated by regulatory agencies, and the development trends of major industries;
• Completed various task indicators and other related work arrangement were assigned by the department.
