A non-interest-bearing current account with a payment password function ensures the safety and security of your account funds.



Requirements

  1. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  2. Valid Business License.
  3. Tax Registration Certificate.
  4. Board of Directors’ Resolution for Account Opening.
  5. Authorization Letter signed by the Authorized Person.
  6. Copies of ID/Passport of Board Members (with signatures)
  7. Original ID/Passport of the Authorized Person.



Note

  • Early account closure within 6 months: USD 5 fee
  • Dormant accounts (no financial activity for 12 months): USD 5 fee
  • In accordance with the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) policy, a fee of USD 30 will be charged for each returned check. If a check is returned three times in total, the bank reserves the right to close the account.

  2. Entry visa valid for more than 3 months.
  3. Work permit or proof of employment.
  4. Proof of residential address

Minimum Deposit

  • Initial deposit amount: USD 1,000 or KHR 5,000,000.
  • Minimum required balance: USD 100 or KHR 500,000.
