• Acceptable Guarantee Methods: Real estate property (Building/Land) with strong title, fixed deposit, motor, vehicle, equipment facilities, and other fixed and current assets
• Third Party: Another type of Guarantee Negotiable with the Bank

REQUIREMENTS  

1. A company legally registered in Cambodia (Business License, Memorandum and article of association, Tax Certificate).
2. Shareholder resolution (if applicable).
3. At least One year of operation
4. Audited financial reports
5. Bank statement (transaction records with other financial institutes).
6. Other documents required by the bank. (if any)
