PWB Promoting the Governance of Customer Personal Information

According to the latest requirements of the Central Bank of Cambodia, we will further strengthen the verification of the authenticity and validity of personal customer identity information from October 2024. The verification of customer information includes: name, gender, nationality, contact number, type and number of identity documents and validity period of the documents.
Please note that financial services will be restricted for accounts under those scenarios: the customer identity information is incomplete or untrue, or whose valid identity documents have expired more than 90 days.
If you still need to use your account, please kindly call our customer service hotline through our PWB Mobile. You can also bring your valid identity document to visit our branch to update or complete your information. After the information is complete and accurate, your account function can be use as normal.
Please pay attention to calls, text messages, social media messages, websites and clients that impersonate our bank. Do not scan or click on QR codes or various website links from unknown sources to prevent information leakage or financial loss.
